Elevate U. Performance has built something worth showing — a facility, a coaching approach, and a community of athletes who are visibly getting better. This proposal outlines a focused one-day shoot and edit designed to translate that in-person energy into two polished video assets you can use across your website, social channels, and paid campaigns.
We'll capture Nick in his element, two client testimonials that speak to real transformation, and the visual texture of the gym — the reps, the equipment, the coaching moments — so every second of the final edits feels grounded in what actually happens at Elevate U.
One full production day at the Elevate U. facility. Structured schedule, minimal disruption to your regular class flow.
Lighting, audio, and camera setup. Location scout with Nick to confirm interview positions and b-roll priorities.
Dedicated b-roll capture of the athlete group in action — multiple angles, slow-motion sequences, and detail shots of training, effort, and coaching moments.
A quieter window between sessions — ideal time to film the facility walkthrough with Nick and capture clean b-roll of the space without class activity in the background.
Extra time at the end to guarantee we capture enough content to deliver a great product.
A combined narrative featuring two client interviews woven together. Sit-down interview audio anchors the story while b-roll of each client training in the facility plays overtop — showing the transformation, not just describing it.
A gym-forward piece led by Nick walking through the facility and articulating what Elevate U. offers. B-roll of live training and classes layers throughout, giving the video pace, energy, and proof of the work happening inside the space.

Creative direction, shot list, scheduling, interview prep & pre-shoot coordination with Nick and clients.
On-location shoot (approx. 9am–3pm) on Monday, July 20th. Cinema camera package, lighting, audio, and direction for interviews, b-roll, and facility walkthrough.
Full edit of both videos: color, sound design, licensed music, plus one revision round per video.
50% deposit due to confirm the July 20th shoot date. Remaining balance due upon delivery of final edits.
